Each morning at the Shaolin Temple, the monks gather in the Grand Buddha Hall and perform (what we might describe as) morning prayers. During my visit as International Disciple in the Temple, I recorded a few of these sessions on tape.
Well, not literally tape, but I had my iPhone in the pocket of my dagua (robe) – hence the hissing and crackling on the microphone here and there. Apologies for that, but hey, now you’re able to listen to something really rare. As far as I know, there are no other recordings available online. However, if I missed some of these, please let us know. Thanks.
